David R. Caudle,
President and Managing Attorney

Mr. Caudle is the President and Managing Attorney of The Caudle Law Firm, P.A. He attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a B.A. Degree in History in 1971. Following his graduation from UNC-CH, he attended The Cumberland School of Law located in Birmingham, Alabama where he received his J.D. Degree in 1974.

Mr. Caudle has practiced law in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1974. In 2004, he founded The Caudle Law Firm, P.A. and has restricted his practice for the previous seven years to the exclusive representation of mortgage lenders in the legal areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO and creditors' rights. In addition, Mr. Caudle is admitted to practice before all three Federal District Courts in North Carolina.

The Caudle Law Firm, P.A. is one of only two firms with the distinction of being admitted to the USFN for the State of North Carolina.
